One of our favorite things to cook is homemade pizza. Many of our friends have enjoyed pizza parties at our place in Chicago and here in Philly. Tonight, we had a smaller get-together with Alex, Mike, Meg Smith and me and some delicious pizza. Megan and Alex opted for plain cheese, while Mike and I added pesto, spinach, walnut and tomato with feta and provolone cheese. I've made my own dough, but I find it easier (and just as tasty) to use premade dough from Trader Joe's (and it's only ~$1 per bag, which makes two individual pizzas). After dinner, we gave Megan a ride to her parents' in South Jersey and she treated us to Friendly's for dessert. Thanks, Meg!
